Changing forum nickname

I went into Account Settings and changed my name back to Lilysmom1.  I shows as that in settings but not here in the forums.

 

I cleared my browsers, turned my iPad off and rebooted, still the same.

 

Any advice?  Does it take awhile to become effective?  TIA.

did you make sure to click on SAVE after you changed your name under "my settings?"

@sunshine45 , yes, I did click save and when I signed in again to check account settings, the new nickname is there.

I emailed the Social Team about this nic issue and they responded that they're forwarding it to their IT team.

 

Hopefully it will be corrected.

You never know how strong you are until being strong is the only choice you have.
