Cell phone woes

Our contract is up with AT&T and we are going back to Verizon (better coverage for us). Just went and looked at phones this AM and came home empty-handed. Has anyone ever used Wirefly.com to buy their phone? The phone we are looking at is considerably cheaper on wirefly.com than the Verizon store. Just wondering how wirefly works! Thanks!!
