Cell Phone - Who Has BEST Family Data Plan?

Right now we're with TMobile but contract coming up soon. Thinking of switching. ATT? Or Verizon? TMobile has a decent data plan for the family . . . I added up on ATT website in a cart last night and it seems much more expensive. We've started having issues with signal quality here at home. Also going to Europe this summer for two weeks, who has best plan for short time period while traveling? We would only use it to check reservations for excursions or something, not for chatting or texting for the fun of it. We're a family of 4 plus we have home phone via Tmobile @ home.
