Can't print multiple copies of a document

Hi experts...

Running Windows 7; HP5600. I can't seem to print multiple copies of a document.

Clicked on file, then printer, then changed the number of copies and clicked on the large print button. (A real no-brainer, yes?) Well, I guess not b/c it only printed one copy.

Tried several times with same results. Went to my other computer (XP) and the multiples came out fine.

I know someone has the answer.
