Can't Access Hotmail Sign-In Page!!!!

Help. . . . anyone. . .

For almost a week now, I am unable to access my Hotmail sign-in page, so I cannot check my emails. Once a few months ago, I had trouble accessing my inbox, but now I cannot even get to the sign-in page. I type in www.hotmail.com in google ( I use Firefox not internet explorer

Anyone have ideas? I have so far cleared the cookies, made sure my computer can get three party cookies, made sure the date and time are correct and nothing. . .

Never happened to me before.
