Can someone help me with windows 7?

I watch the demos for all of the computers and notice that they have multiple windows open and scroll through them like a deck of cards, can anyone tell me how to do that? I know that alt + tab will change windows but I would really like to put that setup on my computer. Any help is appreciated.
