Can someone help me with Google updates?

2 weeks ago I downloaded Internet Explorer 9 and I use Google toolbar. When ever I go on my laptop I get a window saying "Do you want to let Google make changes to your hard drive"? It says the certificate is ok, but it doesn't say what the change is for. It does say Google on the window that comes up. I didn't have this problem when I used Internet Explorer 8. Has anyone else had this problem?
