Bouncing cursor

Could anyone please help me? I am not that computer savvy but the last two days when I type, my cursor jumps around!! I look at what I wrote and everything is all mixed up. Like right in the middle of a sentence the cursor will go up to a previous line or back to the beginning of the line or just insert itself in the middle of another word. It's making me crazy{#emotions_dlg.scared} TIA
