Bose Bluetooth Headset with Stayhear Tips

Does anyone have any input into whether this is a good purchase? Customer service couldn't give me a model number and there are no customer reviews on this "While Supplies Last" item. I'm thinking it is an older model that they are trying to get rid of. On Amazon there is an older model that had complaints about battery life--but Bose customer service was great and replaced and updated the item. The newer model has great reviews. Thanks for any suggestions.
