BluRay player vs Roku for Netflix

I need (want) a BluRay player in the bedroom. Is there a BluRay Disc player that is easy to use Netflix on it as easy as the Roku? I know there are some that have Netflix built in. Would it be like the Netflix on Roku? I have a Roku box downstairs and it is super easy. But my friend has a Sony BD with wireless and netflix is a pain to use on it.

Also re:Netflix. I thought we could only use one device at a time. It says that on their website. I just have the basic 7.99 plan. Well my husband just got an iPad and I have an iPad. While he was watching a movie in Netflix on his iPad I was able to watch another Netflix movie on my iPad at the same time. What will happen? Will they charge me more?

Also.....how does Netflix work? Does it download the whole movie first then play it or is it streaming?
