I recently purchased a Dell laptop as a TSV (E224812). One of the big reasons I bought this model was that the sales pitch very clearly stated that the system came with Microsoft Office 2013 Home and Student Edition. The product information posted on-line stated the same. However, after receiving the laptop I found that it comes with a "Starter Version" of this software only, good for 30 days. To keep MS Office after that, I need to fork over another $139.99. QVC has pulled down the product listing details for this unit so I can't hold them to honoring this. The system is going back tomorrow, and it will be a long time before I buy another big-ticket item from QVC since I just can't trust their sales representatives any more.
