Background Photo in Hotmail?

As I opened my emails this morning I noticed that hotmail has a background photo page and then a box comes up with a sign in.  I don't want the photo in the background and would like to take it out or at least change it to something more upbeat.  It's depressing.  I've checked online, went to the MS community and can't find what I'm looking for.  New to Windows 10 and not familiar with a lot of it.  Does anyone know where I can change this?  Microsoft use to have a page I could contact them by email but that doesn't seem to come up anymore. An online help comes up and I submitted my problem and no answer there, sent me to the community.  Anyone?

I didn't know Hotmail was still in use.   Are you using Outlook?

I guess you could say I do, my emails are hotmail and some are really old msn.
