Rec'd my new TSV Samsung Galaxy tracfone today! Followed directions to transfer my phone number from old tracfone to new tracfone.  Guess what - could take up to 2 business days to transfer number !

Anyone else out there gotten their new phone yet ?

I bet the number transfers quicker.  I've setup 8 tracfones and they always have transferred in under an hour.  I ordered two, one for me and one for my mother.  This morning they were about six hours away.  They may come tomorrow.  If not, Monday.

Recd phone Thurs AM - followed directions to transfer old tracfone # to new TSV phone.  It is now Fri AM number still has not transferred. Went to support website which states this could take up to 2 business days.

If you have rec'd your new phone and are trying to transfer a phone number how is it going for you?

Go to Tracfone's FB page, click on support, and then click on chat with a live agent.  Ask them to check on the status of your port and give them your phone number.  They will be able to expediate the process.

About a month ago I transferred a number on a new Tracfone and received the message it could take up to 2 days.  It took less than 10 minutes.

I ended up calling Tracfone CS (had to hold for 18 mins)  bottom line they had to "trouble shoot" my phone because activation from old tracfone # to new phone was not working. On phone with rep for about an hour before they finally got my new phone activated. Rep very helpful; checked that I could make calls, send & receive txts, take & send photos; and was connected to Google. By the way I don't live in no mans land. I live in a suburb of Chicago.

Hope the rest of you who got this TSV don't have to go thru all of this.
