Asus tablet difference? Need some help here

I am trying to find out what makes this table worth almost twice as much as anywhere else online. The specs are all slightly different and this is not my speciality so I want to know if this price is actually in line with what it should be or grossly overpriced?

I'm talking about item E263475, Asus Transformer 10.1" 32GB Tablet w/ Wi-Fi and Bluetooth. They have an almost identical one that is 459.00 (sold out of course).

Any help would be appreciated.
