Apps--how to shut down/

When I shut down it says these apps are preventing that and also sh ut down anyway. I never put in these apps-Information please and thank you for any.

acer laptop 10..It said these three were preventing but I can shut down anyway. I just don't know how it got on. I don't know if I should click on them for I don't know what it will bring up..
