I need some advice!  I purchased a samsung TabA a few months ago and now many of my apps keep closing.  It started QVC's app and then my gmail, google and some others are closing. I cleard the cache and restarted several times and it is still happening.  Any ideas what I should do ?

@Pecky    @Nuttmeg  is very knowledgeable about Samsung devices.  Maybe she could help.

@Pecky

I did a Google search. It said, apps close for two reasons. A slow internet connection or low storage space.

Please let me know what you find.

Uninstall the last app before the problem.

@Pecky  There was a problem with an update, Android Web ServiceView.  Here is the info and recommended fix:

I disabled the serviceview and Chrome, rebooted, reenabled both and so far so good.  They supposedly have an update in Playstore, too.  Going to apply that next and see how that goes!

@LdyBugz

I have a problem with these two apps after

an Android upgrade. These apps would not install. Chrome would fix the problem. They did after a while. I don't notice the issue so much on my phone as the tablet.

@Pecky

I usually uninstall a problem app, and reinstall.

LOL, You have entered the world of Android and Samsung. The company has a very good customer forum online. You may want to join.

Your device is a popular tablet and should have many people in the sub- forum.

The sign up process is very secure. The computer selects your username doing this process, and the boards Samsung staff helping.

@Nuttmeg I will join thanks!  I did uninstall and install but it didn't do anything and more apps on the tablet were stopping. I thought that it had to be more of a problem.

@Pecky @NuttmegHope you are both fixed now!  I just installed the Chrome update and so far, so good (knock on wood!).

My Samsung Tab A was messed up from that Web ServiceView issue.  My Samsung phone was fine though.  Glad they found and fixed the bug!
