I purchased an Apple iPad a few months ago on QVC and last week the Apple watch. Each time I selected the accessories in the color I preferred and each time I've received other colors than what was chosen. Anyone else have issues with this? I decided to keep the iPad but am annoyed this happened again with the watch. When I contacted customer service I was told my color choice sold out so they substituted another color.

Amazon has an official Apple Store. They sell many Apple products. Most products are sold at a small discount everyday. You may find a slightly lower price on Black Friday or Cyper Monday.
I don't buy any electronic items from QVC.

What happened to you just about says it all. This is the "poster child incident" that demonstrates why I buy Apple products ONLY from the Apple Store on-line, or an Apple Retail Store or an Apple Authorized Reseller. We have an iMac, a couple of iPhones and an iPad. We purchased all of them from one of these sources. We've been satisfied with our purchases and no problems.

There are no issues with the devices or their performance, it's the accessories that are not as ordered and that falls on QVC. Very disappointed again and beginning to wonder if these bundles are just somewhat of a bait and switch offer. Had I been notified that the accessories I selected for the watch had sold out and they were substituting another color as part of this package I would have at least had the option to cancel.

As, I have posted on many threads I will never order a computer device of any kind from a shopping channel. You can get a better deal from other places. QVC and HSN sell older devices for higher price points then the other places and they sell useless bloat ware you will never use or need.

@NQ123 "Bait and switch"? NO. The "bundles" are "add-ons" created to help sell the product. It's up to you to figure out whether or not you need all the pieces in the bundle.

It's up to me? So, you're saying that it's okay for QVC to substitue different color accessories than what you selected and are paying for without advising you? If you ordered black boots but they sent you brown instead without notifying you that would be acceptable? If you ordered Amazing Grace from Philosophy and receiving Pure Grace instead that would be acceptable?
My point is that if you place an order, make a selection that is available and somehow becomes sold out in the process, at the very least you should be notified and be able to accept the replacement before receiving the item.
Bundles or not, you should receive what you ordered or be notified of the change. Obviously if I purchased a bundle I wanted the items included, but not in a color I didn't select.
