To get rid of that annoying column at the top of my tablet that says

Qvc. For android

Get on the play store

 

Then says. Open on the right?

I get the same thing on my Android tablet. I would call it a banner.  So annoying. Have no idea how to get rid of it.  If I could I would be glad.
