Anyone here with an updated iPad?

[ Edited ]

If you have updated your iPad to 16.5.1, could you check your device to see if you see the same thing as mine does. I emailed Apple Podcasts about this last night, so they can fix it in the App.

When I try to write a review for any podcast in the Apple Podcast App on my iPad, there's a problem with the app. Only about 2/3 the onscreen pop up keyboard shows up once you press to start to write the review. I'm posting a screen shot in the next text box so you can see this. You do not have to actually write the review, just start as if you'll be doing so and then cancel.

I just want to know if you see this too. I'm updated to16.5.1 on an iPad Pro 10.5." I'm not looking for a solution.

This issue is new since the most recent update.

See how the full keyboard does not show...only expanding on the left side up to letters U, J and N  and those onscreen  keys are larger than usual.

This is not due to my device. My keyboard works fine everywhere else. It does this in with the iPad in the horizontal or vertical positions and for every podcast I tried with to check.

I just want to know whether anyone else sees this. This is in the Apple Podcast App.

Do you see the arrow on the left side of the screen almost near the top?  There is probably one on the other side also.  Hit that and see if it adjusts the keyboard.  Mine has been doing that also, but when I hit the arrow it then adjusts itself.

@meem120 @Do you mean the arrow with the curve in it? There are two of them next to a little sheet of paper. I tried pressing on those last night and this had no effect. Have you checked the Apple Podcast App to see if you have the same onscreen pop up keyboard I have in my screenshot?

@Mz iMac @Thanks. I tried that one last night and it has no effect on the onscreen keyboard in the app. That arrow is for a slide over and it slides over my files. It's some kind of problem coming from Apple.

If your screen size is over 100% that could be the problem.

PROBLEM NOW CORRECTED ON APPLE PODCAST WEBSITE

My writing to Apple Feedback for Podcast as well as to two podcast website IT Depts. paid off and Apple has now corrected the onscreen keyboard problem for iPad and reviews can now be written again.
