Anyone have Comcast Home Security System?

I have comcast triple play. Just got the phone (digital voice) Lots of problem porting over because I had a fraud freeze on my line at Verizon (long story but now solved)

I have an old hardwired security system. It works, no bells and whistles. Of course Comcast decided I would be a great target for a new system. So I am just asking anyone who might have it.

1. Expense to put it in

2. Ease of use

3. Good idea now that you have it.

4. How many contact points do you have to secure your home. It seems very expensive per unit.

I just need some advice. I might just keep what I have and forget the entire thing.
