I've got my videos working, but now my email won't stay open. It shows up for a second or two, the the page turns completely blank.

I guess I will have to take this dinosaur in and have it upgraded and de whatevered.

I might as well have. I don't know what is wrong. I get one thing fixed and two more things pop up.

The mail worked several times today, but this evening, not.

Maggie, I also use outlook for my msn mail. No problems with it for me.....Maybe it is your computer?

What version of Outlook are you using? What flavor of Windows?

I'm just going to take it in to see what is wrong. I'm sure it has to be my old mac.

Suggest you might call Microsoft. I have been having difficulty with Entourage. I'm on an Apple computer and use E for my emails. They informed me that Entourage was an old program and they don't support it anymore. So they could not help me. Maddening!!!!!

I have a new Dell Inspiron laptop (TSV last March), am running Windows 8.1, and have MS Outlook 2013 Version, hosted by Comcast.

I am having no problems at all. If your computer is older than five years, you might have luck with an older version of Outlook.
