We pre ordered ordered three of these when they went on 6 pay as Christmas gifts for our children. They were to ship on 12/5. I was excited to see tracking numbers this morning until I clicked on them. First they split the order into two shipments. The first order said UPS couldn't deliver it because they didn't have a street number. I promptly called UPS who stated the label had TWO addresses on it. I corrected the address and had the box held at the depot. I immediately tracked the second shipment and found it had been sent to Michigan! Our shipping address is in North Carolina - go figure?
After several calls back and forth between QVC and UPS with QVC saying not our problem call UPS and UPS saying call QVC the final QVC rep decided to bother to read the notes on the account and stated that the corporate office was trying to resolve a larger problem of hundreds of these tablets being shipped to the WRONG ADDRESSES. Alot of people are getting ready to have a very Merry Christmas today and tomorrow with the appearance of tablets either they didn't order or a greater quantity than they did order. I asked the rep why she couldn't just call UPS and have the package returned to QVC for reship and she said QVC didn't have time to call on each package so they needed 2 days for corporate to resolve the issue - guess QVC never heard of a temp agency. I noted to her that the tracking stated the package was on the truck for delivery but had not been delivered yet and they could avoid giving products away for free with a simple call and she just gave me the spill about corporate again. Since these things are sold out and the 6 pay ended as well we will be going back to the drawing board for Christmas presents for our three tweens. This is extremely frustrating and disappointing.
This will be our first and last experience shopping with QVC.
