Is CNET pretty credible?

We've ordered the Thrive its a Christmas present - powered it on seem to be nice, but only did a cursory look at it...It did cost more than the ones evaluated in this article.

I think sometimes you get what you pay for - however I wasn't going to pay close to $700 for an Ipad...
