Any Upcoming HP TSV's?

I'm afraid my 17" HP laptop is biting the dust. ${#emotions_dlg.crying}$

I'd like to replace it with another HP. The other channel had 2 on an extra flex last night but when I got home the less expensive one had sold out.

Any upcoming TSV's?

My usual comment. I know this does not answer your question but I said it kinda regularly here any old ways.

Never, ever buy a computer from a 3rd party as you are looking for possible headaches from the Catch 22. "No call HP/NO call QVC or whomever". I've yet to see any computer on any shopping network that has the exact specs I want for my system. Were I to ever see one that fit it to the "T"? Chances are I would be paying $100's more for it.

I am sure someone may help you but I am just stating what I've seen happen on this during my almost 15 years in this type of forum on the Bulletin Board.

The last HP TSV was on April 13 because we bought the 17 in I don't know if QVC will have another HP TSV. We are very happy with our TSV my husband went to HP website the deal on QVC was better then the HP website and we went to Best Buy to see what they had and Office Depot and we took a print out of the specs on the TSV to the man in computer repairs at Office Depot he said the price we were paying and the specs he said I buy it so we did. We are very happy with the HP TSV good luck I hope you find you a new laptop.

John, I know some people want a built to spec computer that addresses their needs like gaming, etc. However, I only email, do a little shopping and create and save docs in Word and Excel.

I don't FB, do gaming.......I never even played the games HP included with this laptop!

Other than taking an online class or two this winter, that's the extent of my needs! ${#emotions_dlg.biggrin}$

There is one coming on at midnight tonight...the TSV. Looking forward to seeing what it is. Want to replace my laptop too.

The computers being offered for sale are just average retail products. You should check the specs and buy at Sam Club/Walmart, or Best Buy.

The tsv is actually a pretty good price for 1T with 8 RAM & Quad Core - but $120 extra for MS Office???

This is the same TSV we bought on April 13 same price 17 in $639.92 we got the one without MS office before we bought we went to HP website and Dell to see what they offered and then to Best Buy and to Office Depot we took a print out of the specs to the computer repair man at Office Depot he thought it was a very good deal and he said the specs were very good.

I told him what I use the computer for Scrapbooking he said for my needs it is very powerful and he said he likes AMD processors a lot more then Intel.

The only program I downloaded on to the laptop was Adobe 12 and McAfee and I took out the games and any other program I would not use.

My laptop opens very fast and goes to websites fast we wanted a good deal and we think we got one this deal was a lot better then Dell we ordered the HP TSV on April 13 it arrived on April 28 I am very happy with my new HP laptop.
