I'm in a townhouse and 35 miles from the local channel towers and tried it on my third floor as high as I could get it and I could only get one (the NBC affiliate), so I sent mine back.

 

I believe I purchased the one that is for 65 miles.

We found a cheapo antenna at the local swap meet and it works perfectly.
