Android and Google Calendar question

I set up quiet time on my Android based Tracfone.  I set up a reminder in my Google Calendar on my phone to watch the meteor shower at midnight.  My reminder is set to go off during quiet time.  

 

In my settings for quiet time I checked the box that said it can vibrate notifications or incoming calls from my "allowed list."  When my reminder went off the phone vibrated once, but I can't seem to find a setting that will allow a sound to come through.  Does anyone know if this is possible?
