Can I move my photos on my tablet to my Motorola phone or my  MacbookAir?

Yes and yes. Just add the Amazon Photos app to your phone and MacbookAir and your photos should sync to each device automatically. The Amazon Photo app gives you cloud storage of your photos and either of your other two devices can add the app and give you access on those devices. If you want to see the photos on those devices even when offline, then once the app is installed on each device you can simply download them to that device.
