Mine has been working perfectly then last night a screen kept popping up saying I needed to uninstall apps to free up space, I don't even use that many! So I followed the prompts but all night the pop up appreared. I uninstalled some but most I could not. I could only clean the data or cache. What else can I do and why is this suddenly happening???

I would call Amazon, I have had to call them before when I have had problems with the Fire Stick and My Kindle.

That happened to me about 3 months ago. I got sick of it. So I unplugged the whole works, including the tv. Reconnected the firestick to the tv and Plugged it all back in and it has been fine ever since. Sometimes I think electronics need to "clear their head"... ha!

@bargainsgirlDepending on which generation FS you have, go into its settings & reboot/reset your FS. Also, update if needed.
