I just use that tool they have, where you go through 'help' and contact us. Then, when it asks you to choose email, phone, or whatever else, you choose 'by phone' and punch in your phone number. It immediately calls you and within seconds a CSR picks up.
I agree - they have the best customer service of any retailer I've ever known.
ETA - the other cool thing about that calling tool is that the person already knows what you are calling about because you choose which order you want to reference.

At Christmas, I ordered an outfit for my daughter. On the website, it is cream and white. When it arrived, they had sent a different color. I completed my return information online (no human contact involved AT ALL). I explained that I was returning it because they had sent me the wrong color. Literally, the NEXT DAY, the UPS man arrived with the correct outfit. I had not even sent the wrong one back yet!
I did pack it up and return it over the weekend, but that was just amazing to me.
Also, the breakfast cereal arrived yesterday. I love Subscribe & Save. I signed up to have the family's breakfast cereal delivered 3-4 boxes at a time on a regular basis. I chose a few of their favs. Now, when can I get milk delivered? (I checked. So far, Amazon does not do this for me. And the local grocery store prefers the "bury it in the far, deepest corner of the store so you can hike to it when needed method...UGH!!!!!!!!!!)
NOTE: I walk in, NO CART, pick up a couple of gallons of milk (what I came in for), pay and leave. I did not "forget" that I needed all of that extra *($#&*) along the way to the milk. Yes. I was FORCED to walk past it. Why exactly, is beer, wine and pretzels ranking ahead of MILK???? Just asking.

In our Walmart, the beer and pretzels are also in back, right next to the milk. You just can't win.

I just posted on another thread that I took a return for Amazon.com to UPS today and by the time I got home I had an email from them that my refund had been processed......

At the TOP of Amazon's homepage, click the word "Help" on the right. Then, click the yellow "Contact Us" button on the right midway down (it's under "Self Service").
You'll have your choice of how (I e-mail them), but"'Live Chat" is kinda fun. ![]()

When you go to the help section you can also give them your phone number and they automatically dial you back right away.

A good rule of thumb for any website comes from the advice in the comments here.
On any website, remember to look for "Contact Us" (usually found at the bottom of the screen). In most cases, clicking on it will direct you to some or all of these: an email address (or a form to fill out); a "Live Chat" icon for immediate online communication; a phone number.
(Look for "Help" if you don't find "Contact Us.")
There's also a pretty good website called GetHuman (http://gethuman.com/) with helpful tips about the best methods of contacting companies. It's not always up-to-date, but I've found when I submit corrections they verify and act upon them quickly.
