All-In-One Computers -- Any opinions?

I think these so-called All-In-One computers are relatively new on the market. Here is a pic of one. I haven't been able to find out much about them. Any computer savy people out there know anything about them?

HP TouchSmart 420t series Intel® Core™ i3-2120 3.3GHz

that is it. No processor box. Thanks in advance for any info provided.
