I have waited and waited to upgrade my phone.  I'm not in a big hurry to give up a phone whose battery is removable, but it seems that's the way I'll go.  Since both Apple and Samsung are now battery free, I did some comparison shopping.

I've had Android for a long while, but their latest phone just costs way too much for me.  The way I see it, I'd get more space on an Apple.

Can anyone tell me their experiences with Iphone 7?

I'm still using a Galaxy S4 and it's getting harder for me to find the batteries.  It's getting harder to keep it a good charge and it eats up so much (despite the settings I have it on to save battery life).

Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated by the Iphone fans....

I have the 6+ I'm not sure what specific experience info you're looking for. My current phone is my third iphone and my previous ones were all still working perfectly when I replaced them. My old iphone 4 is still working with no battery issues. My iphone 3g was given to someone I'm no longer in contact with so I don't know it's status.

I recently upgraded to an Apple 7.  While I haven't used all of the features, I can tell you, on the positive side, the battery holds its charge for days, it has a lot of space, and the camera is awesome.

I didn't buy it in a lump sum, but am paying if off in a Verizon package.

You can tell I'm not very technical, but I do recommend it.

After all of its bad "press" I would never buy a Samsung phone.

@itiswhatitis  I was an Apple iphone user until a year ago when the cost of wireless service became outrageous.  Now back to Android using Google's Project Fi wireless service.   Incredible service for next to nothing.  My bill is approx $21.00 per month instead of $125.00.    They support a few phones including the latest Pixel.  I am using a Nexus 5X which has been wonderful.    I suggest you check out Project Fi reviews if you want to stay with Android.

I finally talked my husband into upgrading to an iPhone 7 from a Samsung 3. The battery on the Samsung was dying and would shut off when the battery hit 60%. He loves it. It hold a charge for days instead of minutes. Great phone.

I did have an opportunity to check out your service @Sassealassea.  I did see some interesting comments about the Pixel....  That phone costs a lot of money as well.  LOL.

Every new release of a phone costs more and more.  The latest galaxy is over the top in price though.

@itiswhatitis

It all comes down to what works best for each individual.  I tend to keep a phone for longer than most.  So for me, the savings over time on monthly service is worth the cost of phone.   Glad I could share another option.
