Adobe Flash Player

I don't have the latest version of this and tried to update (I'm not tech savvy at all). I noticed as it was downloading I was also getting MacAfee Secruity. I already have Kaspersky and didn't want this. I ended up uninstalling the Adobe Flash Player update. Is there a way of just installing the player update?TIA
