Returned my replacement Cable modem for refund, that I suspect I wont need, since seems this issue might be this old great Complex'Apt humidity problems that might keep making my already, frequently resig'd, Cable connection tenuous.

I also have a QVC/HSN Tracfone I singularly use often - Alt network to my Cable.

Somehow, my Cable Co talked me into a very significantly lower total monthly bill, by replacing  my Cable Plan's, (never use) Cable Landline phone.

  This newest Cell utilizes neither my Cable network, nor my TracFone network.  In theory, seemed like a great alternative 3rd network, (esp for significantly reduced monthly Cable bill also).

WHAT was I thinking??  More for my aging, limited brain power?  even for some degree of syncing them up?  yikes

If your new cell is through Spectrum, it uses Verizon which is what Tracfone uses.

Oh really, @kze ? hmmm  good catch!

I do believe my COX Cable Ctr did indeed say thru Verizon. 

So maybe I dont have this 3rd source/network now?

Since you caught this, I called the next Cox Cell/Asurion Teckkies...

seems I may have:

1) Cox's (iffy reliability) Cable TV network, 

2) HSN/Q TracFone Cell,  (has been reliable),

   (Seem to claim Verizon network, with small bits of other connective networks)

3) this (new) Cox-Cell (?Asurion),  ?using Verizon network?)
