Some ads can be deleted. Ask around.

@goldensrbest

I have 'Malwarebytes' and 'CCleaner' downloaded on my laptop and I get no ads at all, no matter what site I visit.

I use the free version of both of these.

I also have nothing 'Google' on my machine, including Chrome, they're the worst for ads, sharing your info and security issues.

Instead of using Google as a search engine, I use 'Statrpage', which uses Google but by proxy, that way Google can't get my info or follow me around with their ads.

Re: Adds, on pages

[ Edited ]

@goldensrbest  Don't you hate those.  I use a lap top, Chrome and AD Block and still get them.  For some reason, what bothers me the most is that any QVC item I look at, shows up as an ad on future pages.

Go into your browser's Preferences.

Click on the Privacy and/or Security tabs.

Make sure you enable "block ads, 3rd party content, popups," etc. or something to that effect.  Each browser is different.

If you are using Safari, go to the AppStore & download & install the Adblock Plus for Safari addon - FREE!

All other browsers, check their add-on store for Adblock Plus and/or go directily to the manufacturers website to download-->copy & paste link: adblockplus.org/
