In the past I purchased a HP lap top but had trouble with HP support from the 1st day I received the HP device & by the time I found out what was wrong..it was too late to return & the HP computer was never able to be used & still is in its box that it came in. I have never had so much trouble with tech support from any other name brands. So I lost a few hundreds of dollars. I am interested in giving HP a second chance but how do I know I am not going to lose money again? How has it changed in the past couple of years? I have children in college who could use this & I for my restaurant business.
