AVG Pitigy.com Error

My 13yr old was on my computer while I was at work and the next morning I get this popup screen from AVG stating Pitigy.com has been blocked; I have tried everything to remove this error or malware and connect seem to find this on my computer. I have ran Malwarebytes, Spybot S&D and cannot get this to stop. When i get up in the morning it has block this approximately 12-14 times during the night. AVG rep suggestions of running a full scan did not help and wanted me to purchase the updated version (I am using the free version and run a scan twice a week). Does anyone have any suggestions as to how I can find this error on my system and removed it.
