3G Tablet Advice Please

Due to all the power outages etc I think it's prudent to invest in a tablet that has 3 or 4 g because my phone worked all through the storm. I have an iPad without 3 g and live it. But I find more and more I need adobe flash for work that iPad doesn't support. What is a tablet that has 3 or 4 g and supports flash? Will the new kindle fire support flash? Or any of the other 3 g tablets Thanks everybody
