Hardware?

I was interested in a Florentine bag Amy had on Monday night.  Then the rep stated it had "gold tone" hardware.  For $400!  Doesn't D&B use brass anymore for it's hardware especially at their prices.

@barrel racer I think Amy was just pointing out that it was a gold color and not silver.  Dooney uses brass hardware on most bags.  They did use palladium (silver-colored) on their Toscana line.
