from what I see on my TV?  which is correct?  I see Ali on my TV.  On my computer I have some person I don't know.  I prefer Ali but have to watch that on TV.

They can both be correct.  Q has several was to "see" a broadcast.  For me, I can not image watching two different ones simultaneously.  😵‍💫

@Nonametoday - It's a bit difficult to answer your question without more information about what you're viewing online. For example, are you watching live streaming of QVC or QVC2? Or previously recorded shows? Or perhaps you're referring to the pop-up window that displays streaming presentations independent of regular QVC programs? One thing you could try is checking the daily program guide for the time when you posted to see what type of show you were viewing; unfortunately, host names are not currently provided for the shows, but this could give you a better idea of what you were experiencing overall.

Watching QVC on line, not the streaming, but the real program and it is different from the one on my TV.  It is the same product but a totally different person hawking it.  Ali is on my TV and some other lady on my computer.  I think Ali is live because she is talking about doing the jewelry next.  I don't get this.  I do know what streaming is.  I have never had this happen before.  This is wackadoodle.  I have been watching QVC TV and on PC for 20 or more years because I have a TV in my office and my computer too.  I was watching my TV while cooking breakfast and then sat down to my computer and it looked like a totally different deal.  Before Ali came on with Leah program, Jen Coffey was on with gold jewelry, both on PC and TV.

@Nonametoday Have you been watching Ali since 8:40AM ET to 2:24PM ET?  If so that is not live because Ali would not be working all these hours.  Maybe if you told us what hour you were watching and your time zone we could help you.  And check your TV schedule and what channel your TV is on.  One of the things you are watching seems to be a recording or "streaming."

I suspect the issue is on your end = your TV station carrier (cable or streaming).

You know what, I changed my internet service from AT&T to another service a couple weeks ago.  I bet this internet service is a bunch of junk.

@Nonametoday - If you click "Watch Live" from the homepage using a computer, you see the current live programming on the QVC main channel. If what you see on your TV screen at the same time is different, the TV programming is not live. The only thing I can think of that would support this difference is if you are possibly watching QVC2 rather than QVC on your TV. At 8:42 a.m. Eastern Time when you originally posted, QVC2 would have still been showing recorded programming rather than live programming. Is it possible you were watching QVC2 instead of QVC on your TV?

@Nonametoday shortly after 4pm ET, I clicked on the Watch QVC TV link streaming, where I usually watch QVC if at all, and they have food, with Julia and Rick.  

I turned on the TV during this same 4PM hour, and looks to be the same food show with Julia and Rick.

I think @Nonametoday if you want to know what QVC is showing on air, but on your computer, the easiest and most reliable way is clicking on the Watch QVC TV link at the top of the QVC website.  I do this all the time.

If you want to watch on TV, you just need to make sure you have the right channel.  If you have a new TV service, the TV channel may be different.  But on the computer/the internet using the link I mentioned is always what is on air.
