I placed an order for a pair of quacker factory jeans (J661546) on 4/24. And is stil shows processing. That is over a week for processing. I was wondering what is cusing such a delay?
I have placed orders before this order and have received them all of them.

I would definitely give them a call. I've found in the past couple weeks that their shipping is super fast, even faster than A!

Hi, @ruthbe ! If it's any consolation, I had two orders placed on April 22 that just shipped today, May 3, from the Ontario warehouse. Good news for me is that I should have both (they appear to have shipped in same box based on tracking number) on Monday, 5/5. Unfortunately, one of the items, the Algeria TSV, is rated very low, so I already know it may be going back.

I have a couple of orders that I placed the next day that also haven't shipped. I want to cancel all 3 orders.
I would love to do that if they would let me.

Q customer here since 1986.
What is going on?
1 order processing for 10 days.
2 orders proceessing for 9 days
2 orders processing for 7 days
Finally called CS today. Their response: Can't cancel any of these orders, they are processing.
Well, OK..and for how much longer?
I am going to BACK OFF all Q ordering now.
It takes close to 3 weeks to get items now.
Sheesh...who wants service like that?

I have orders that have been processing since April 28 and I did call customer service and they just told me it's a hold up at the warehouse and couldn't give me any answers so hopefully they ship soon. Qvc seems to be having a lot of issues lately and the poor girls from customer service her hands are tied They have no answers. It's not their fault. Come on Qvc. I can order from other places and get it in three or four days it takes you a week to process and a week to get here we all want our orders ASAP. I hope you can speed up the process
