Is there a shipping problem lately? My order are sitting for weeks, then I can't cancel  it or it suddenly  becomes backordered or not available. What is going on? They used to ship so quickly. CS said the updated their system and a few orders" are delayed but mine have been delayed since April.

@elizabeth k.  Weeks?  I've had them processing for much longer than normal but not weeks.  Yes, there has been a problem but nobody knows what it is.

 

If you've really been waiting for weeks, contact the social team and ask them to check it.

My order took 21 days to ship. It was a lunch time special for a Dooney bag.

Remember Zulily?  Three weeks to ship reminds me of doing business with them, not that I did a lot.

I ordered an item end of June or July 1 not sure order information correct.  It was to arrive by the 12th.  I have not had a delivery and could not track.  Sent this to social team today and they were going to check on the order.  Hope I hear back this week.  It has been around three weeks.  Some of my orders very slow right now.

I have an order that shipped on 7-10. For 6 days it says waiting for carrier to pick up. 6 days waiting at a Q warehouse for the carrier to pick it up!!  Called Q, was told I had to wait until the 18th before they will act. It finally moved on the 17th, with a delivery date of 7-22. The sad thing, is this was an exchange and I called to see if we could ship the exchange before receiving the return.  They placed the order for me, and my return has already arrived at Q on 7-11. So much for trying to expedite my exchange.

6 days to even ship my sheets this week… but no option to cancel since I found a better price on Amazon and my order was “processing” for 6 days QVC needs to step their shipping up and not charge for returns!

@rathsmarkt2  You usually can cancel when it's processing. It's when the order is "preparing" that it isn't able to be cancelled.

There's always a lot to be thankful for if you take time to look for it.
For example, I am sitting here thinking how nice it is that wrinkles don't hurt.

I have one better. My package was tracked to the UPS warehouse 30 minutes away from me. I received a "Due to weather conditions, your package will be delayed for a week." What's going on????? 

     I also receivefd a package yeserday with the outside tape NOT being secured. Luckily the orders were large items. Had this been somehting else, the item woud've been lost. Talk about Quality Control OR LACK THERE OF!!!!!!! Don't use the holidatys as an excuse!!!!!
