I love QVC, but have waited nearly a month for a purchase. That is way too long. Shipping is going to have to speed up for me to continue to be a customer.

I agree! If you follow the tracking information once an item is shipped, it is unbelievable where the items go and how long they sit in different cities. There has to be a more efficient way to ship.

@DP66That is long - glad the mod chimed in to try to help.
The order I placed in mid-June took 4 days. Perfect as far I'm concerned - I don't order enough anywhere to pay extra for services like Prime or to bundle so I get free shipping. Also, I like what I get from QVC. I do buy elsewhere when I can get the same item for less, but I'm not ready to settle for similar.

Experiences seem to be different. Anything I ordered came in under 10 days.

I also have waited an unusually long time for my items to arrive and the tracking is no help at all since it has not been updated since July 1. I am hesitant to order anything else until these issues and lack of customer service have been resolved. I am unable to get anyone on the phone. I wonder if it's because many like me are having issues.

I have had two items showing "in process" since June 25th. One of them finally shows shipped today but the other one is still sitting in process. If they can't do better than this then they should allow us to cancel an order when it is in process for more than a week. I know they are short staffed but Amazon still gets things out the next day. I have been a QVC customer since the day they began but I am getting leary or ordering now.
