I also would like some information about an item I returned for an exchange in May.

 

 I was planning to email you, but I'm confused about the email to use. I've always used social.team@qvc.com. I'm not sure whether or not that is the correct one!

No that's the email address that shows when the team responds to you.

 

The correct email to contact them is QVCSocialTeam@QVC.com, make sure you include your order information, they're very quick to respond!

It was explained to me that the email you listed goes first to regular CS and then has to be forwarded to Social Team, delaying their response.

 

You never know how strong you are until being strong is the only choice you have.
