return..help please

ireturned a wig on june 11..it still is not credited or shown on my account.  it is

impossible to reach anyone to help.  my order 6809116132.  i now have shoes to return 

and i don't know what to do.   please please help.  i am a handicapped senior and

so frustrated..please
