order     one item the kalahari small was returned for xchange on sat 3/14. i have not yet received email stating it was returned and i do not see it in return status online. shouldn't it at least have been scanned by post office at this point as 'on it's way'. trying to use chat online, but no response there

You can use the tracking number to see where it is.

@RubyBL  I tracked your return and it was received in our returns warehouse.  It's currently awaiting processing. I appreciate your patience

I sent in an exchange on 1/31.  I didn't hear a word about it until the new item arrived on 2/29.

thank you customer service. puts my mind at ease that it arrived where it should be at this point in time. the tracking# showed that the last movement was the original arrivial at my home and i had been expecting the usual email simply stating "we have rec'vd your returm".  thanks once again
