question for moderator

I had ordered The it cosmetics no. 50 serum last spring on 4 easy pays. The auto delivery was released today and i did not get the 4 easy pays. I was wondering why?

I am very sorry that the Easy Pay was not applied to the 2nd shipment. I see the gentleman you spoke with this morning has already put in a request to have the Easy Pays applied.
