first time this happening  ,   Don't know if it's a glitch or what ,  worries me because no way of knowing if the item is truly on its way and if I will receive it without being able to check the tracking progress.   Normally don't care as I know I can get a replacement if it doesn't show up or a refund I just hoped it would arrive before vacation . Anyone have this happen cause I never have before?  Seems kind of strange.

Yes, several times.  Nothing.  My packages suddenly appeared at my door.

All tracking was filled in on my account the following day.

Delayed.  One around 3 weeks floating around the country on a USPS truck, but that was last November during the Covid mess.  

I have a package right now floating around the East coast wondering how to get here; although, I am getting the crazy tracking on this one.

Ive had that happen but not recently.  I don't know how they did it but package arrived on schedule.

Did it say hmmmm.... something went wrong. Call customer service. and you could not get any tracking info? I had this problem and my package was at my door today! When I click on it now, it still doesn't show any information. I think it's a glitch.

@KBEANS   Yep that's exactly what it said !  CS could give me no info , they didn't show tracking info either .   I'm hoping it shows  up and it's just a glitch.

I placed an order for an item that was drastically reduced for a top by Lisa Rinna.

This was on 8/24 and the ETA was 9/1.  I was notified it shipped on 8/29; when looking on tracking today, I got the "hmmmm....." to call CS.

When I called, I was told she saw the same thing but said yes, it did ship and now the ETA is on 9/6.  That won't happen because that's Labor Day.  She also said if I don't get it by then, I could reorder another in the color/size.  I said, well the color and size is no longer available.

The other thing is it showed in my CC a pending amount.  That dropped off in pending but doesn't show anywhere in any of the charges.  

I told her thanks, but Q needs to get with it and the IT dept. needs some updating into this century.  Funny part was, she agreed with me.
