I have a question. Is the payment policy of not paying until the item ships stil inacted? I don't buy very often, so I'm not sure. I only shop the christmas in july sale. normally thay say on air the products I buy are pre-orders and do not ship until december and the bill isn't due until december. This year I haven't heard that and I just want to be sure.

@pupperdoerI'd say yes -  I've had more orders in 2017 than I usually do and in no case was I billed until the item was marked "SHIPPED."  Even when the notice was "RELEASE" or "IN PROCESS," I was not billed until the actual shipment.

I haven't watched all day, but I only heard one item being an advanced sale.  I would expect everything else to ship this week.  If it wasn't mentioned in the presentation, expect the charge card charged this week.

I'm still confused. I want to order the landies candies 36 piece splitz  12/4 ship date.  In the presentation they say nothing about them being an advanced order. However, The product  page says in small letters under description advanceds orders ship 12/4. Does that mean the prduct is an advanced order?  Will the credit card be charged now or in december?

@pupperdoerYou will be billed when they ship.  Buyers who choose different dates will be billed when theirs ship.  At least that's how it's always worked for me when I had a choice of ship dates -- and that's what the QVC moderator said also.  I think you can order without fear.

The item is marked for a release date of 12/4 as part of our Christmas in July celebrations. This means it is an advance order; if you order today it will ship out on the 4th of December probably arriving on or about the 11th. Within 24 hrs you will be billed the first of the easy payments.
