I placed an order with a different ship to address. When I placed the
order I had the correct address showing. When I hit place order it went
to my default ship to address. I could not cancel nor could C/S change
order. This was with in 2 mins of placing order. So my Son and DIL in the military
will not recieve my order. i will get it and have to pay to ship it to them.
Lets see how long it takes the order to ship

If you log in to your account there is a place where you can add/change your ship to addresses. Did you explain to CS they are in the military - maybe they can make an exception.

I spoke to C/S rep , I was told there is nothing they can do. The order is processing.
I emailed Alice.
She sent out an order to my Son/DIL. Thank you so much Alice!

@lb - email the information to QVCSocialTeam@qvc.com as per @Anonymous - I'm sure they will help knowing the circumstances.
In the future if you plan on shipping to a different address, set up your address book and then when you order that information will be there.
I have to do this with orders I send to my daughter.

I do have it setup. I am not sure what happened. I had
the ship to address as theirs. I submitted the order and it defaulted
to my address.
Maybe I need bill to ship to 101. LOL

@lb - Just FYI, others have complained here in the forums about similar issues, but in most cases, it has turned out that the online system was not showing the shipping details properly but the shipment went where it was supposed to go. Obviously, especially at this time of year, you'd want to do your best to make sure things were correct and not just hope your order was shipped appropriately—I'm glad Alice was able to help you.
