order canceled without my knowledge

I placed an order for Josie Morans concealer sticks on Aug 22 I have been waiting for it , it said it shipped on the 24th of August ... I called and they said they didn't have them anymore I ordered them when they were on the air selling them, if I had not called today who knows they refunded me my money it shows that but why don't they contact us its been over two wks .. and I have been checking each day .. frustrating

@Chatyone 2.  What has order status said since Aug. 24th?  Is it possible your credit card declined the purchase?

are you sure you are set up to receive QVC emails?
